The best introductions come from people who already trust us

Almost everyone we work with was introduced by someone already sitting in our office. If a friend, colleague or family member has a retirement question they keep putting off, we would be glad to talk to them — on your terms, and on theirs.

Why we ask

We would rather earn one introduction than run a hundred adverts

I have never been comfortable with cold calls. Nobody makes a decision about thirty years of their life because a stranger rang them at dinner time.

What does work is someone saying you should talk to Troy. It carries weight because you are putting your own judgement behind it — which is exactly why we treat every introduction carefully. Your name is on it.

So here is our promise: one call, at a sensible hour, and a straight answer. If the timing is wrong for them, we will say so and leave it there.

Who we can help

The people worth introducing

If any of these sounds like someone you know, a conversation would probably do them good.

  • Retiring in the next five to ten years and not certain what their income will actually be.
  • Just changed jobs or retired with a 401(k) still sitting where they left it.
  • Recently widowed and facing decisions they never expected to make alone.
  • Selling a business and turning it into personal retirement security.
  • Carrying more market risk than they can sleep on without knowing what else to do.
  • Holding a pile of statements and no plan that connects them.

How it works

Three steps, and an exit at every one

Step 01

You tell us who

Either pass on our details yourself, or — if they are happy for us to — give us theirs and we will make the first call.

Step 02

We reach out gently

One call or email, at a reasonable hour, introducing ourselves and saying who suggested we speak. If they are not interested, that is the end of it. No sequence, no follow-up campaign.

Step 03

You hear how it went

We tell you we made contact and thank you properly. What they discuss with us stays between them and us.

Make an introduction

Two ways to do this

Whichever you choose, nobody gets added to a mailing list.

Option one

Introduce us yourself

Tell us below and we will send you a short note and Troy’s details that you can forward. Nothing about them reaches us until they decide to get in touch. This is the one most people choose, and it is the one we prefer.

Option two

Ask us to reach out

If you have already spoken to them and they are happy to hear from us, give us their details and we will make the first call. Please only do this with their say-so — we will not call someone who has not agreed to it.

Their details

Only needed if you have asked them and they are happy to hear from us.

Helpful background only. Please do not share their financial details on their behalf.

We do not pay for referrals, and nothing here is contingent on anyone buying anything. We will contact the person you name once; if they would rather not talk, we will not contact them again. Their details are used only to make that introduction, are never sold or shared, and what they discuss with us stays confidential. Questions? Call (985) 231-2167 or email info@sibleyfinancialgroup.com.
